The College has provided tremendous thrust and priority to its Program of Diversity Inclusion and Integration – an area distinctive to the Vision of the College. The Vision of the College is to educate, enable and empower young women that form a significant section of the student community in the College. To bridge the knowledge and language gap, communication classes are organized by the College for them through International Students Desk. The College organizing committees and at their best extent of their efforts in providing support services to the stake holders and to the staff in respect of Professional Development
1. Students Support and Progression
Objective: To provide opportunities for students’ career development.
Practices:
- TPC and CGC, in collaboration with APSSDC, organized career and job training courses/programs for students.
- Provided e-Materials to support students.
Impact / Evidence of Success:
- In the academic year 2022-23, 718 students were placed in various organizations (an increase from the previous year).
- 51 students were promoted to higher studies.
Resources:
- Institute provides infrastructure and ICT.
- Budget allocated for placement drives and remuneration for coordinators.

2. Students Support Services
Objective: To provide training support to students.
Practices:
- Issuing study materials and reference books from central and department libraries.
- Providing e-learning materials and academic progression support programs.
Impact / Evidence of Success:
- Students benefited from learning resources, achieving better results at the end of semesters.
- Access to lab manuals, laboratories, and co-curricular activities.
Resources:
- Budget allocated for library development.

3. Administrative Support Services
Objective: To provide administrative support services.
Practices:
- Dining facility (tiffin, lunch, and dinner) provided by Simhachalam Trust (Choultry) for M.R College(A) students.
- Admission Cell committee for ease of admission.
- Break period for games included in the timetable.
Impact / Evidence of Success:
- Around 350 students benefit from the Choultry every year.
Resources:
- Simhachalam Devastanam (Choultry), part of MANSAS Trust, provides this facility.
Eligibility:
- Students staying in rooms (not government hostels).
- Below poverty line, white card holders.
- Hometown beyond 30 KM.
- Must clear all subjects on time.
