A seminar titled “From Molecules to Medicine: How Life Sciences Drive Biomedical Innovation” was held on 07 February 2026, from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM, at the Sir C. V. Raman Seminar Hall. The session was delivered by Dr. L. Govinda, Research Fellow at the Cancer Science Institute, National University of Singapore. The lecture highlighted cancer mechanisms, molecular and cellular processes, and recent diagnostic and therapeutic approaches, helping students relate Microbiology and Biotechnology concepts to cancer research and inspiring interest in biomedical careers.
